Scott Gasser of Billings claimed his first Double Nickel Championship by defeating John Whitaker of Roundup in the challenge championship match by a score of 191-175. Whitaker forced the second match by winning the first by a score of 216-178.

With the win, Gasser took home $340 while Whitaker pocketed $260 for his efforts.

The high game was posted by Keith Loran by rolling a 298 game in qualifying. The top qualifier was Scott Gasser of Billings with a 970 for four games.

The honor scores posted were Gasser (781), Keith Loran (727).

There were 60 bowlers who competed from Wyoming, North Dakota and Montana. The order of finish is listed below and bowlers with no hometown listed are from Billings.

The next tournament will be held on Sunday November 21, 2021 at Super Bowl in Cody, Wyo. There will be two shifts of qualifying with shift times at 9 and 11 AM. This tournament will be strictly for the senior bowlers who are 55 and older with both men and women invited to bowl.
